Sally runs into Billy at Society and he brags about being on the brain train.
After showing off the new logo, he tells her he is carrying on the family legacy and it feels like the sky is the limit.
They toast to him taking on the corporate world.
Connor is on the way back to town with his parents.
She admits Adam was tense when she talked to him.
He says Chelsea was the same.
Sally thinks Billy trying to push them into an uncomfortable conversation made things worse.
He insists he only wants to help and has the feeling something more is going on.
He can’t get past Chelsea saying she has guilt about mistakes.
She’s never blocked him out of what she’s feeling so he wonders what this is.
Sally thinks she just doesn’t want to overburden him but he doesn’t buy it.
She mentions everyone keeps secrets and asks if they can go for a walk.
Sally and Billy go to the park.
She reminds him that she and Adam lost their baby a year ago.
She would have given her own life for the child but Adam chose her.
She talks to the child she lost every day.
Billy’s heart breaks for them.
She explains that Adam hasn’t even mentioned it.
She’s not sure he remembers.
Billy is assuming he’s just suppressing it to support Connor.
Sally assumes that too.
But Adam is the one person who knows what it was like to lose Ava.
She just wishes they could have gone through today together.
He tells her you never stop missing your babies.
Delia was seven and all giggles and magic when he lost her.
He tries to smile when he talks about her.
He’s always striving to be the person she would have wanted him to be.
That’s what Sally wants too.
He’s sure that Adam hasn’t forgotten about Ava, he’s just trying to help his son. He thinks he’s a good dad.
Sally wishes Ava had gotten to know that.
He’s sorry she’s been mourning alone.
“Not completely on my own,” she says, pulling out a little hat.
Her daughter would have been the brightest, fiercest little girl.
Billy gives her a hug.
Sally goes home to the penthouse.
As she sits alone, she cries as she flashes back to losing her baby.
Lily runs into Nate at the GCAC and he starts taking shots at Billy.
She’s regretting talking to him.
He accuses her of shattering Devon’s dreams for the family.
He hopes that was worth it.
She says that she and her brother are fine.
They love each other, regardless of any business decisions she makes.
She thinks he should be able to appreciate given their history.
Nate isn’t buying this. Nikki and Victor arrive and approach them.
Lily tells him that Devon had relayed his warning already.
Is he still coming after Chancellor?
Victor says he was just concerned that Billy would run the company into the ground and she could suffer for it.
Lily thanks them for their concern and hopes they are not planning anything.
Victor and his wife walk off.
Nate asks Lily what she will do if Billy drives the company into a nosedive.
She’s insulted by everyone suggesting she’s weak and has bad judgement.
Declaring she can’t wait to prove everyone wrong, she storms out.
Victor walks over and asks Nate if everything is okay.
He urges him to encourage Lily to leave Chancellor if he doesn’t want her to be hurt.
Nate is sure she’s out to prove them all wrong about Billy and Chancellor.
“In that case, she’s going to fail,” says Victor.
When Victor returns to Nikki, she admits she was surprised to see him talking to Nate.
He says this is all about putting her on top where she belongs.
She makes him promise this is the last of their business talk for the evening.

Lucy and Faith are jumping around at the concert.
Lucy falls over.
Faith takes her outside and confronts her for bringing alcohol.
Lucy admits she swiped it from her mom’s place.
She was feeling stupid and needed to relax and feel older.
Faith says they need to go immediately.
As they take the rideshare back, Faith lectures her and Lucy asks her to pretend this never happened.
At home, Sharon spits out her tea when the ghost of Cameron pops up to taunt her.
She doesn’t know why he won’t leave her alone.
He reminds her that a licensed psychologist should be able to answer that.
He says she needs him.
She claims he’s just a hallucination thanks to going off her meds.
He points out that won’t get rid of him.
Sharon asks him to go away.
Cameron knows she’s afraid given their history and all there is to unpack.
She says it was all bad. He urges her not to dismiss but he digs in and finds the itch she needs him to scratch.
If she wanted to get rid of him, she would go back on her meds.
Off them, she has the freedom to confront the things she hasn’t put to rest.
Sharon wonders what that means.
He tells her all the answers are in her head.
He’s not the only one swimming around in there.
Cameron pushes her to say Cassie’s name.
He reminds her that she buried a knife in him to save Faith, but she couldn’t save Cassie.
She lives with that every day, but is that living?
She tells him that life is fluid and changes.
He says that’s really philosophical but the truth is that she thought she and Nick were destiny.
Everything went downhill with him after Cassie died. Nick broke her heart.
Sharon thinks she’s just dealing with the trauma of Cameron nearly killing her several times.
He reminds her that Nick is very much alive and “Share-bear” clearly wants him.
Cameron tells her meds and some “me time” are not going to get rid of him. He’s not the problem, but part of the solution.
Maybe Nick’s love won’t fix things? Maybe what he can give her will?
Sharon is startled when Faith suddenly shows up with Lucy.
She wonders why they are back early.
Faith explains Lucy was feeling ill and wanted to go home.
Lucy apologizes to Faith for ruining her night.
Faith says keeping her safe is more important.
Lily runs into Daniel at Crimson Lights.
He tries making small talk and asks about Omegasphere.
She says he’ll have to talk to Devon about that.
Daniel asks her if they will ever get to the point where they can be civil.
He gets a text requesting that he pick up Lucy.
Before he goes, he tells Lily that he would hate to see her hurt again and urges her to be careful with Billy.
After he takes off, she bumps into Billy on the patio and tells him Victor is definitely coming after them.
But Victor isn’t the problem… Billy is. He’s confused.
Lily announces she’s made a mistake.
He assumes she’s bailing on him.
“I’m not leaving Chancellor Billy, you are,” she says.
Daniel arrives at Sharon’s to pick up his daughter.
He thanks Faith for looking out for his little girl.
Lucy apologizes again to Faith and offers to make it up to her.
Faith tells her to forget that and look after herself.
Once Daniel and his daughter exit, Sharon says, “Poor thing.”
Shaking her head, Faith tells her it’s not what she thinks.
She tells her mom that she caught Lucy drinking and got her out of there.
She claims she was drinking to try to impress her.
She just hopes she learned her lesson.
Sharon thinks Daniel and Heather need to know the truth.
They need to be able to watch out for their daughter.
“The way you couldn’t watch out for Cassie,” Cameron says as he reappears.
Daniel takes Lucy to Crimson Lights and she tells him she’s not sick, she just had a stomach ache.
She admits that she snuck vodka in and Faith found out.
