Thursday August 8, 2024: Today on Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke asks for an update on the deaths, Poppy begs Luna to believe her, and Bill tells Liam that Will walked in on him with Poppy.
Carter defended Steffy to Hope while Finn and Steffy spent the night making out.
At Forrester Creations, Brooke tells her sister and everyone else what a great time they had in Monte Carlo.
They talk about how she’s blowing up on social media.
Ridge declares that Brooke’s Bedroom is back and better than ever.
The orders keep coming in. Carter says not much has happened since they left.
Brooke asks what’s new about the deaths at Il Giardino.
Carter makes a call but there’s nothing new.
They can’t understand who was behind this if it wasn’t Sheila.
Katie says they all need to be on guard and takes off.
They sense something is wrong so Carter leaves to check on her.
RJ declares he has to go and see Luna.
Ridge reminds him to pick up his pizza. He’s hungry now.
Left alone with Brooke, he kisses her.
At Il Giardino, Deacon is on the phone with a reporter, assuring them the place is safe and asking why these deaths happened.
Katie jogs in with questions about the deaths.
She pays her condolences.
He’s surprised to hear that she’s suspicious of Poppy, not Sheila.
He says that Bill was a fool to let Katie get away.
She admits that she’s always had an odd vibe from Poppy.

At Bill’s, he tells Liam that Will came back and walked in on him in bed with Poppy.
Making it worse, Luna then showed up and Bill urged him to accept her as his sister.
Liam says that’s a bit much. But Will is resilient and will come around.
He can see how much having a daughter has changed Bill. It’s nice to see him happy.
Bill says that’s all thanks to Poppy.
At Poppy’s place, Luna and her mom talk about Tom’s backpack being there.
Poppy doesn’t know how it got there.
She explains that Bill knows all about her past and Tom’s claims that he was her father.
She admits she always had some suspicion that Tom might have been right, but that was proven wrong.
They recall running into him and him delivering pizza.
When he delivered the pizza and left them a flyer for his show, that’s when Poppy decided to take matters into her own hands.
Luna asks what that means.
Her mom says she only wanted to stop him spreading lies.
She was only trying to protect her and her relationship with her father.
She assumes that Tom snuck the backpack in.
Poppy repeats that she had nothing to do with these deaths and tells her to believe in her mother.
Can’t they get through this with their Nozawa power?
After an awkward hug, she says she’s going to Bill’s. Luna will join her later.
Once her mom exits, RJ shows up and notices she’s upset.
He wonders how he can help.
She can’t see how.
He’s confused so she shows him the backpack and the letters.
He looks at them and notices they are from Tom.
She explains he was insisting he was her father.
RJ starts to twitch. Sniffling, she explains that she can’t figure out how the backpack got there.
Plus, her mom went to see Tom the night he died. She asked her if she had anything to do with it.
Tom and Hollis both died from overdoses and she had the means and motive.
She needs to believe her mom but this is all freaking her out.
RJ tells her it will be okay and they will figure this out.
RJ goes to Il Giardino to pick up a pizza.
He spots Katie and Deacon discussing Poppy.
When Deacon steps away to take a call, RJ approaches his aunt and informs her that he has some confidential information about Tom.
Katie is eager to hear so he fills her in on what Luna just told him. Tom’s backpack and letters are at Poppy’s.
He was claiming to be Luna’s father. Katie immediately wonders if Poppy killed Tom and Hollis.
Poppy arrives at Bill’s and tells him how much she’s missed him.
Time in the apartment reminded her of how much her life with him means to her.
Bill reiterates that he will always be committed to her and their daughter.
