Day 2 of being without internet. I wasn't able to watch TLOU with my Daddy and I am very upset. @ultra_mobile home internet services sucks and you are making a person actually run back to Comcast. That's beyond telling on how bad your service is lol.

@ultra_mobile has more than 15.64 million total prepaid customers and they don't support eSIM yet? Highly surprising to me. I'm pretty sure you are going to loose millions of customers after the launch of eSIM enforced iPhone14.

The #TFDAP portal no longer shows the zip code on the customer's account. I guess a lot of dealers were porting out numbers to another carrier that they had to slow the bleed somehow. This only urges #dealers to activate less #SimpleMobile and more @ultra_mobile

Hey @ultra_mobile , When are you going to support eSIM? I have a new iPhone 14 and cant use it because of your lack of support. PS I have a multi-month plan and will lose it if I switch networks, which I am trying to avoid.

@ultra_mobile I have been a customer of Ultra for more than 5-6 years, and I have 3 lines with it, and I discovered two days ago that the company was over billing me every 3 months for about $50, so I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Team @ultra_mobileI am frustrated with your support in handling my request (TECOPSJSD-160763). After following up thrice in a matter of a week, I am still not getting requested details. I have been a regular customer from past 5 years, so won't do any cheap thrills for $10.
