@comcast @Xfinity please fix your cable smart boxes so that I can access the @peaco*ckTV app through my xfinity box. Every time say Peaco*ck into the mic on my remote the app isn’t loading.

You have to DM @XfinitySupport to get their attention, as they thought it was just an issue with her equipment. However, the fact that so many people are experiencing this problem has to mean it's more than that.
