So the result is more like a crispy cracker than a flour-based crust.Every bite is so satisfying.
It doesn’t taste like almonds or coconuts. In fact, the crust tastes like Italian-seasoned crackers.
It’s so good that it lets the sauce and cheese stand out as the dominant flavors.
Cottage Cheese Pizza
In order to make the cottage cheese pizza crust, you’re going to need either a blender or a food processor. Blending the eggs and cottage cheese together removes the curds from the cottage cheese and incorporates the eggs into the batter.
The way, the crust is completely uniformed, without bits of stuff all in one place.You don’t have to use a food processor.
You can use an immersion blender or a Magic Bullet. Just make sure you use something that has blades because it will chop up the cottage cheese and help it mix with the eggs completely.
